Segment Identifier: Enter TXP only. See examples.
TXP01 - Taxpayer Identification Number: Enter your Federal ID Number only. Do not enter the “1” account suffix. For example enter Federal ID Number 1234567 as 001234567 or Federal ID Number 987654321 as 987654321.
TXP02 - Tax Payment Type Code: Enter 011 for City Withholding Tax. See examples.
TXP03 – Tax Period End Date: Enter the period end date in YYMMDD format. Do not enter the payment due date. Examples: For month of January 2006 enter 060131, for February 2006 enter 060228, etc. For first quarter of 2006 enter 060331, for second quarter of 2006 enter 060630, for third quarter of 2006 enter 060930, and for fourth quarter 2006 enter 061231. See examples.
TXP04 - Amount Type: Enter a T for Tax. See examples.
TXP05 - Tax Amount Owed: Enter the amount for City Withholding Taxes paid. The two right most digits of this element indicate cents by using an implied decimal point. The decimal point is not transmitted. For example the amount $2,400.00 would appear as 240000. This number will always be positive. If no tax is due, enter 0 (zero). See examples.

TXP07 - Penalty Amount Paid: Enter the amount for Penalty paid. The two right most digits of this element indicate cents by using an implied decimal point. The decimal point is not transmitted.
